Level 3 support is the most senior tier of technical support. It handles the problems L1 and L2 technicians can’t resolve, such as complex Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, and migration issues. AI L3 Tech provides that tier to MSPs as an extension of their team.
Claude is an AI model made by Anthropic. It can draft, summarize, analyze documents, and run multi-step tasks. AI L3 Tech sets Claude up inside a business, connected to its tools and built around its recurring work.
